Since the services offered by Terrace 24 Realty are intangible, we do not offer refunds once your home has been entered into the listing service.

If you wish to cancel your listing before it has been entered into the listing services, you may do so by contacting us via email at info@terrace24.com or via the webform located at http://terrace24.com/cancel.  Your refund will be the amount of your initial payment less any goods, services, and/or fees incurred in the process of listing your home.

Once your home has been entered into the listing services, there are no refunds.
